Call for Papers

We have witnessed rapid advancements in various artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and many forms of information and communication systems with AI are becoming integral parts of our daily lives. With the proliferation of future information, communication, and electronic devices, there is growing interest in the integration of AI with information and communication technology (ICT). This conference aims to facilitate the transfer of these technologies into practical applications, developing intelligent ICT systems and exploring AI applications for content, platforms, networks, and devices.

The 8th International Conference on AI in Information and Communication (ICAIIC 2026) focuses on advances in ICT research, covering topics from core ICT technology to emerging AI applications for ICTs. ICAIIC 2026 invites original, unpublished contributions in all aspects of AI in information and communication. Submitted articles must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also encourage submissions of short papers on early-stage research or development in progress, which present significant new challenges. Position papers on new ideas and industry papers are also welcome.

The conference, organized by KICS (The Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences) Artificial Intelligence Society and Tokyo University, with technical co-sponsorship from IEEE Communications Society(IEEE ComSoC), IEICE-CS, and IEICE NOLTA Society, will take place in Tokyo, Japan & as a Virtual Conference. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICAIIC Conference Proceedings with an assigned ISBN number and submitted to IEEE Xplore, Scopus, and EI Compendex. Additionally, extended versions of selected papers will be published in the some international journals as a special issue for ICAIIC 2026.
